So, last night I attempted to bake my first loaf of gluten-free bread. Let's just say it's mostly crust. It will make for good breadcrumbs at least? If only I didn't explode my hand blender while making hummus. Don't ask.
I drew this while I was waiting for the yeast to proof, because someday I will earn some sort of bread. Though, I don't know if I am cut out to be any sort of breadwinner? Unless of course, I am the sole member of my household.
I've also been meaning to mention this Lou Breed fellow. He released that there Various Spirtuals EP on my birthday and it's damn good...can't-put-it-down good.
